Ambassador of the Republic of the Marshall Islands to Fiji, Albon Ishoda, has issued an op-ed, published yesterday on the Radio New Zealand website following the announcement by US Climate Envoy John Kerry  that the US is committed to getting the global shipping industry to net zero emissions by 2050.
