This report summarizes the findings of the two-month interim phase of the Technical Assistance (TA) to develop a Medium Term Infrastructure Investment Program (MTIIP) for the Greater Suva Area (GSA). The report documents the challenges facing the four sectors of (i) wastewater, (ii) urban transport, (iii) drainage and flood protection and (iv) solid waste management.
