On 18 and 19 November 2021 ANU Dept. Of Pacific Affairs held an online workshop to better understand security cooperation between partner states; between Pacific Island countries (PICs) themselves, and their citizens and between partners, PICs and citizens. The discussions revealed challenges in defining the region and security. The discussion points are covered in this paper.
