This document submitted by Mexico, Solomon Islands and Tonga provides insights from selected Pacific Small Island Developing States (SIDS) and Least Developed Countries (LDCs) into their needs. The purpose of the document is to assist the Organization in paying particular attention to their needs as defined in the various IMO resolutions, including the Initial IMO GHG Strategy and Impact Assessment procedure.
