RMI with support from other Pacific countries. An “all willing partners” approach is advocated and it is expected that at least 8 Pacific Countries will join an initial program.

In parallel RMI will request Readiness Fund approval for resourcing to support:

• Institutional capacity development for the NDA and RMI stakeholders to implement a “whole of country” low carbon transport transition pilot program
• Project design for a “whole of country” low carbon transport transition pilot program Outreach to regional country/partners to catalyze to a coordinated regional program.
