Presentation submitted by RMI to advise Ministers of the progress made by an alliance of Pacific states (the ‘6PAC’) in advancing a 1.5-degree agenda in the International Maritime Organization’s (IMO) GHG emissions reduction negotiations ahead of the 80th session of the Marine Environment Protection Committee (MEPC80) and to seek endorsement for the positioning taken by this alliance.
