A litany of failures led to the sinking of a ferry in Kiribati last year, which killed 95 people.
A Commission of Inquiry’s report into the sinking has been released by the president’s office.
Jamie Tahana has been reading the report, and spoke to Ben Robinson-Drawbridge, who asked him to start by outlining what happened on the day it sunk.
